Join us Virtually for the 40th Annual Tax & Estate Planning Forum!

Due to the continuing uncertainty of COVID-19 and its affect on travel this fall, and for the health and safety of our patrons, the Forum will be delivered virtually beginning on November 1, 2020. Please note, if you have made hotel arrangements, cancel all reservations.

The video presentations will be available online November 1, 2020 for 24/7 streaming until December 31, 2020. All registered participants will receive a link to access the video presentations. You will be able to stream all video presentations at the time of your choosing— viewing at your convenience, with play and pause features. While you will have until December 31, 2020 to view the video presentations, it is recommended that you complete viewing the presentation, complete the MCLE CREDIT AFFIDAVIT (which you will receive), and return the completed affidavit to the Forum as soon as possible.

The Forum is an approved MCLE provider by the State Bar of California and the California Board of Legal Specialization in the area of Taxation Law and Estate Planning, Trust & Probate. The Forum is also approved by various other States and Agencies. This year’s Forum has been approved for Minimum Continuing Legal Education credit by the State Bar of California for 23 hours of MCLE credit, including 1 hour of elimination of bias credit, 1 hour of substance abuse and 3.5 hours of ethics.

The Forum certifies that this event observes the standards for approved education activities prescribed by the rules and regulations of the State Bar of California and the Boards of Legal Specialization governing minimum continuing legal education. This program has been approved for 19 hours of credit for the Estate Planning, Trusts, & Probate specialization and for 14 hours of credit for the Taxation specialization by the Board of Specialization, State Bar of California.

The Forum will certify attendance for registrants upon request and will forward such certification to the appropriate state, agency or board.

The registration fee for the Forum is $995.00 which includes online access to electronic versions of the course outlines to be made available for download prior to November 1, 2020, in addition to the link sent out day of. Hard copies of these materials are available for an added fee of $150.00, including cost of delivery. If you wish to purchase physical copies, orders must be received no later than October 10, 2020.
