Each attendee will receive a digital copy of the program materials on a Thumb Drive which is included in the registration fee. THE REGULAR REGISTRATION FEE DOES NOT INCLUDE A PAPER COPY OF THE MATERIALS. If you want a PAPER COPY of the PROGRAM MATERIALS, the cost is $150 plus the regular registration fee. The materials will also be available to download on the internet.
