The regular Registration Fee for the 40th Forum is $995 if post-marked on or before October 4, 2020, thereafter $1,095.
However, 39th Annual attendees may register for the 40th Annual Forum for $895 if registration and payment are made (or postmarked) on or before April 1, 2020. The registration fee for registrations made after March 31, 2020 but prior to September 4, 2020 is $995, thereafter $1,095.
Speakers’ Outlines
Every attendee will receive a USB flash drive containing all of the course materials for this year’s Forum. In addition, every attendee will receive an email in advance of the Forum with a link to access and to download and/or print the course materials.
Paper copy of speakers’ outlines are not included with your registration, but are available for purchase for $150.
Audio Recordings Available
Audio Recordings of the Forum (MP3 format contained in a USB flash drive and and course materials (pdf format contained in a USB flash drive) are available for purchase for $895.00. Printed materials are not included, but are available for purchase for $150.
